Dr. Tamara Marsh is a board-certified podiatric physician with over 25 years of experience treating medical and surgical conditions of the lower extremity. She’s committed to helping patients improve mobility through a holistic, compassionate, and conservative approach to care.
Outside of Vitality Wellness, Dr. Marsh is married to longtime Gulf County educator Fred Flowers and is the proud mother of Sara Beasley and Dru Flowers. She enjoys exploring global cultures through cooking and music, staying active (including Fit as a Fiddle classes at Vitality), traveling for live theatre, coaching the PSJHS Odyssey of the Mind team with her husband, and singing—most recently performing at Carnegie Hall in December 2024 with the Bay Chorale Society.
